8- felt good again today. Well rested.

A. Push press; build to a 3rm: 85kg.

B. Snatch high pull clusters 1.1.1.1.1×5; rest 20 sec/rest 3 min
70,72.5,75,75,75kg. All fine,

C. Slow pull clean deadlifts; 5 seconds to power position; 6 tough
singles; rest 2 min (maintain back positions off floor and bar path of
clean)
110,120,125,125,125,125kg. All fine.

D. Close grip bench press; build to an 5rm: 85kg.
