8- felt pretty good today. Jerks were a little off like yesterday’s snatches so didn’t push up as high as I would’ve liked.

95,98,100,100,103,105,108kg. Missed 100 twice before hitting it, just sloppiness. 108kg felt pretty good but still didn’t push any higher.

B. Seated Z press; 6-8×4; rest 2 min
40 x 8, 43 x 8, 45 x 8, 48 x 6. Felt better than I expected.

C. Deficit clean pulls; 3×3 @110% 1rm clean (1.5″)
132kg. All felt great.

D. Weighted dip @33×1; 2-3×5; rest 2 min
