8/9- felt pretty good today, well rested and felt good throughout the session.

A. Squat snatch waves; 5 singels @90% 1rm; 84kg. Rest 2 min
1 miss out in front on rep 3 but made the correction. Still tipping forward on a few reps but feeling more in control of it recently.

B. Squat clean; 3 singles @90+% 1rm. Rest 3 min
Stuck with 108kg/90% for all 3 sets. Felt good though.

C. Back squat; 3×3 @ 130kg. Rest 3 min
All 3 sets felt good, confident to squat heavier recently.

D. OHS; 2, 2, 2 @33×1. Rest 2 min
90,92,94kg. Felt pretty good. Just left wrist feeling pressure by the end. No problem with the weight.
