8/9- felt great today. Didn’t get as far on the cleans as I’d like but other than all good.

A. Squat clean; begin at 105kg and add 2kg per min until failure:
105,107,109,111,113,115 miss, 115 miss.
I had 115kg in me no problem but once I missed it the second time I just walked away and left it instead of getting pissed off.

B. Front squat; build to a 1rm: 125kg
Happy enough to be within 3kg of my max but it’s still a major weak point.

C. Front squat; drop to 90% of B (113kg) and perform 6 singles; rest 3 min
All fine, no problems.

D. Strict toes to bar; amrap x5; rest 2 min
18/15,12,10,10. No problems.
