A. Squat clean; 5 singles @80% 1rm; 100kg. Rest 2 min
All fine, no issues.

B. Front squat; 3 singles @90% 1rm; 115kg. Rest 2 min
Heavy but fine, middle back still an issue.

C. Split jerk; 3 singles @90% 1rm; 105kg. Rest 2 min
One silly miss but other than that it was ok.

D. Clean pulls; 1, 1, 1. Rest 2 min
130,135,140kg. Felt good.
