7/8- felt ok today. Generally haven’t been hitting good numbers on a Monday after mock meets or maxes on the Saturday before.

A. Squat snatch; build to a tough single. Every miss drop 5kg’s and build back up, 4 misses allowed.
40,50,60,70,75,80,83,85 miss
80,85 miss
80,85,88 miss
85,88 miss.

Nothing felt feel heavy at all, just hadn’t a great rhythm today.

B. Squat clean clusters; 2.2.2×5; rest 30 sec/rest 2 min
90,90,95,95,95kg.
All felt ok, last 2 cleans of each cluster was tough. Added a jerk into the last 3 sets.

C. Back squat; 5 singels @93+% 1rm; rest 3 min
Couldn’t get close to 93% of 160kg. Used 130kg as it felt heavy enough. Legs really havent felt strong in a long time now.
