A. Back Squat – 65% x 10 x 3: 95kg

Set 1/3:

B. Block snatch (mid-thigh) – 65% x 3 x 5: 60kg

C. Halting Snatch Deadlift (hip) – 80% (of snatch) x 3 x 3: 75kg

D. Overhead Squat – 65% x 3 x 5: 72kg
