Felt great.

D1: strict press x 6 @ 53kg
D2: DB Arnold presses x 12 @ 12.5kg DB’s
D3: 5kg lateral raise x 25

E1: KB hammer curls x 12 @ 12’s
E2: band pressdowns x 25 @ blue band
