A. Snatch:
40,50,60,70,75,80,85kg miss.
No rhythm today, still early days in the cycle but might start training early on Saturday mornings instead now.

B. Clean&jerk:
60,80,90,95,100,105kg.
Legs felt ok but jerk needs work.

C. Front squat:
80,100,110,115,120kg.
Legs felt good but upper back needs work.

D. Snatch pull 3 x 3 @ 85kg
