C1. Strict press x 5 @ 47kg
C2. DB BOSAR x 8+8 @ 30DB
:5 sets

Set 1:

D1. Weighted pull up x 5 @ 10kg
D2. Weighted dip x 5 @ 10kg
:3 sets
