5RM: 75kg then 71kg x 5 & 67kg x 5

B. Pause Squat 10RM @ 22X1: 90kg then 85kg x 10 & 80kg x 10

C. CG Bench Press 10RM: 70kg then 67kg x 10 & 62kg x 10

D. RDL 3 x 8 @ 31X1: 90,95,98kg
