C. Clean DL (Focus on positions) 5RM: 130kg then -5% x 5: 123kg &-10% x 5: 118kg

D. DB walk lunge 3 x 16 @ 17.5DB’s

E. Russian DB box step ups 3 x 8L+8R @ 15DB’s @ 16″ box
