B. Pause back squat 10RM @ 22X1, then -5% x 10 & -10% x 10
(95,90,85kg)

C. CG Bench Press 10RM, then -5% x 10 & -10% x 10
(72,68,65kg)

D. RDL 3 x 8 @ 31X1 @ 100kg
